Finding Rest Original

The promise of a world transformed by perfect love... It transcends the brutality of survival and power, showing us that even the strongest will bow down in the presence of our Father. The lion’s roar becomes a whisper of protection, and the lamb’s vulnerability is embraced, not exploited. The very essence of creation will one day be rewoven, each thread of fear and aggression replaced with a tapestry of trust and tenderness. It’s a glimpse of what the world will be, a place where enemies become brothers and where strength is no longer defined by dominance, but by the ability to lay down pride for the sake of peace.

It is the healing of our own divided hearts. The lion and the lamb live within us, the warring impulses of the flesh and the Spirit, of fear and Love. We long for the day when our souls will find perfect peace, when the lion in us will no longer need to conquer, and the lamb will no longer need to hide. It’s a promise that the struggles we face and the conflicts around us are not the final word. One day, all will be reconciled, love will triumph over fear, and, like the lion and the lamb, we too will find rest in a peace that surpasses all understanding.
