The Cattle on a Thousand Hills Original

At first, I wondered why I felt led to paint a Highland Cow. As I pulled up my reference photos, I heard, "My Father owns the cattle on a thousand hills."

In the midst of the shaking, everything belongs to the Lord. In the midst of uncertainty, we are still HIS. 

He is great and mighty to be praised. He is extravagant in giving and lavish in love. 

We are kept safely and securely by the God who holds it all. This is His promise to us today. 💖

Psalm 50:10 ESV

[10] For every beast of the forest is mine, the cattle on a thousand hills.

The vision that Joseph interpreted for Pharaoh depicted sickly cows for famine and fat, healthy cows for abundance. God showed me a beautiful, healthy Highland Cow. We receive the abundance straight from Your throne, Lord! 🙌🏻
